2017 Champagne Louis Roederer Rose´

The grapes for this cuvee are sourced from Louis Roederer’s family-owned, estate vineyards in Cumières and Chouilly. The blend is composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with 29% vinified in oak barrels. The 2017 Champagne Louis Roederer Rose´ portrays a radiant pale-salmon hue with a visually stunning stream of fine, persistent bubbles rising from the glass. There is the fragrant complexity of acacia and red rose petals aromas. Within is a symphony of vibrant, red fruit undertones of wild strawberry, pomegranate, framboise and blood orange complemented with ginger and finely chiseled chalk. The texture is satiny and complex allowing the terroir to take center stage. This etherial bottling lasts for minutes, leaving a heavenly remembrance behind.
