Established in 1969, Cuvaison produces Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown exclusively on its estate vineyard in the heart of the world-renown region of Carneros in Napa Valley. Cooled by fog from the San Pablo Bay, the rolling hills of this certified sustainable estate has produced distinctive Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for over 30 years. Cuvaison is part of Two Estates Wine Collective, which also farms Brandlin Vineyard, a Napa Valley estate on Mt. Veeder.


The Cuvaison ATS Chardonnay is named in honor of the family, this wine is a selection of their four finest barrels of Chardonnay. In the glass the 2019 ATS Chardonnay starts with a glistening golden color. Aromas open fresh with floral accents, a hint of sweet spices, and orange blossom, notes of peach and a whiff of oak. On the palate the flavors reveal the stone fruit character that are layered and integrated with brioche and sweet oak. The finish is supported by citrus and grapefruit tones with bright acidity leading to a long rich and lengthy finish. The wines from Cuvaison continue to show a distinctive depth in character. The ATS Chardonnay is another fine example of expressive wines from this estate in the Los Carneros AVA of Napa Valley. Memorable and delicious!
