This cuvee is 64% Sauvignon Blanc and 34% Semillon. Pale yellow with a whisper of pink grapefruit and kiwi. This Sauvignon Blanc-driven white has an inherent freshness throughout with notes of lemon meringue, golden delicious apples, and white melon. It has a backbone of graceful minerality and is never tiring on the plate. Always one of my favorite whites of the vintage.
