The winemaking team at DuMOL has done a great job in crafting wines that are consistently well made with each vintage, aromas that are full of vitality and deep flavors of richly concentrated fruit that is fresh and lovely to drink. I am truly a fan of these wines. We tasted two wines for the Holiday 2022 Publication and they were both great representations form this producer.

In the glass, the color is a beautiful deep ruby. On the nose, the wine shows a purity in character with aromas of cranberries, baked cherry, rose petals, cinnamon and notes of underbrush and tobacco. The palate is expansive and complex as the flavors unfold with grainy tannins and fresh acidity that carries through to a long finish. It has a wonderful mouth-feel and is lovely to drink on release, but will only get better for the next 10 years in the bottle.
