Domaine Serene was established in 1989 with seven estate vineyards. There are 350 acres of Domaine Estate estate vineyards that include the Evenstad Estate with 66 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Winemaking is under the guidance of Michael Fay.

The Domaine Serene Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir is always a consistent over-performer from Domaine Serene. A pronounced ruby shadow reveals fragrant aromas of framboise, wild strawberry puree and mineral-laced elements. Within this elegantly framed Pinot Noir is a potpourri of red and black orchard fruits, earth, forest floor and some rustic spices that are all complemented with savory undertones. The finish is graceful and seamless with rounded tannins that make it immediately inviting.
