In the glass, the color revealed a brilliant ruby-red hue. The 2022 Miner Family Sierra Mar Pinot Noir has perfumed aromas of violets, ripe red and dark berries, baking spices and chalky mineral nuances. There are lively, concentrated flavors of black raspberry, cherry cola, star anise and mocha with a layer of delicate minerality in the mid-palate. This wine finishes long and supple with a sweet, juicy mouthfeel and polished tannins that add shape and grip.
