Champagne Ruinart Blanc De Blancs
The official founding of Ruinart was in 1729 by drapery merchant, Nicolas Ruinart. After encouragement by his uncle Dom Thierry Ruinart, this house abandoned the clothing trade and blossomed into a contender in the premium Champagne market.
As the oldest established Champagne house, Ruinart carries its legacy with a weightless grace, crafting wines that transcend mere celebration to become works of liquid art. The wine pours a radiant pale gold, with a delicate effervescence that dances in the glass like sunlight. The mousse unveils a subtle complexity of sourdough bread, honeysuckle and blanched almonds. The framework of this wine is vibrantly crafted with a burst of dried flowers, lemon verbena, ginger and minerality laced around the finely chiseled edges. The backbone of acidity is pure, refined and persistent. The finish is nearly weightless leaving you longing for another sip. This Champagne never compromises on flavors and has an unmistakable sense of sophistication and elegance.
